Cookina BBQ Vegetable Sheet
In preparation for my July 4th BBQ with the family, I was perusing online the “Best Way to cook vegetables on a BBQ”. This has always been a frustrating task for me. Either the vegetables will just stick to the bbq grill, burn, or slide through the cracks. When I did get them to cook, they were never cooked right. Have you tried biting into a piece of asparagus cooked right on the grill? It looks good, but your teeth can hardly get through it.
I ran across this reusable bbq cooking sheet:
It looked genius. So I bought it for $15.00 here on Amazon.
It came the next day in the mail and I opened it up and read the directions:
Comes with a metal ring that will enclose the cooking sheet for storage:
Looks and feels great. Like someone actually cared about their product:
I took off the metal sleeve and the cooking sheet rolls out. There are no folds or creases and it rolls out nicely and evenly. It doesn’t want to stay rolled up.
I read the directions which also came with some simple recipes:
Yes, you can cook food/vegetables on Both sides of the cooking sheet:
Here it is all rolled out. It comes with a scrub brush for cleaning. You cannot wash it in the dishwasher, but it does wash out very easily and nicely. I just put in the sink and let it soak for a while than used their scrubber to clean it up. No problems.
But…How do the Vegetables Cook?
Great. The best. And I’m not lying. They have a bbq taste to them, and they cook evenly because of the heated surface.
Where did we get it and how Much?
On Amazon Here – for about $15.00
How does it store?
Just a beautiful, cheap product that enhances my bbq experience. I mean what the heck else am I going to do with my life. I get up, go to work, come home and do it all again the next day. I might as well cook some vegetables on my bbq in the meantime.
