Some people love to have a pocket size carrying journal with them. To record their thoughts and memories. It is a great tool for journalers that want something they can carry in their pocket or purse.
I use my Wee Mindfulness Journal all of the time. I use one for work. I use one for personal thoughts. I use one for family memories. I use it for calendaring events. It is a means for me to put my phone down and enjoy the therapeutic exercise of old fashion pen and paper.
1). Perpetual Calendar: The first pages are a perpetual calendar. You fill in the dates and it can be used in any year at any time.

3). Thoughts to Remember: If you receive a recommendation for a movie or tv show to watch or a book to read, you can write it down here and remember it for later.
4). Mindfulness Practice Journal: 1). Take a seat; 2). Set a timer; 3). Focus on your breathing. Thoughts will take you elsewhere. Always come back to your breath. 4). Negative Thoughts? Allow them in. Give them space. Consider them and usher them out. Think them through.
